The Garden to Table Dinner was an intimate, backyard gathering designed to reflect the beauty and simplicity of a true farm-to-table experience. Produced for a local nonprofit, the evening brought guests together in a setting that felt both elevated and relaxed—where thoughtful design, seasonal ingredients, and a sense of place created an atmosphere rooted in connection.

Savor Productions led the event from concept through execution, overseeing all vendors, event design, staffing, and overall production while maintaining a disciplined approach to budget management. At the heart of the evening, Chef Eric Lee and his team crafted a thoughtful, seasonal farm-to-table menu—highlighting locally sourced ingredients and letting the simplicity and quality of each dish speak for itself. The culinary experience was designed to feel as intentional as the setting, complementing the natural surroundings and pacing of the night.

Every detail—from the flow of service to the visual aesthetic—was carefully considered to strike a balance between elegance and ease, ensuring the experience felt seamless, grounded, and never overproduced.
On the day of the event, Savor managed all logistics, allowing the nonprofit’s leadership team to stay fully present with their guests. With production handled behind the scenes, they were able to focus on donor engagement, storytelling, and the purpose of the evening—creating meaningful interactions that extended beyond the table.
The result was a warm, memorable gathering that demonstrated how intentional production can elevate even the most understated settings, transforming a backyard into a space for community, conversation, and impact.
